WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGES
Month of Coordination (Partial Planning)
Let us manage your day for you! This package includes 3 meetings with one of our lead planners. We will go through every detail of your wedding and help you plan and keep you on task. We are here to answer your questions, assist with event design, review contracts or any other questions that might pop up during the planning process. This package is more like Partial Planning as we are there to help you throughout your planning journey. This package includes a team to set up your event, a lead planner and assistant to manage your day and coverage until dancing is well underway!
Full Planning
This package includes numerous meetings and emails with one of our lead planners. We will go through your vision and plan every detail of your wedding. We will manage your guest list, design your decor, manage your budget, organize vendors, attend tastings and other meetings either with you or on your behalf. This package includes a team to set up your event, a lead planner to manage your day and a complete take down of your decor.
Elopements
Just because it's little doesn't mean it has to be any less special. We love a big party, but the intimate days with your closest friends and family, or just you are our favorite. Let us create something magical and memorable for you. A beach, a park, a hike up a mountain or a cabin in the woods, we're up for it all! Send us a note, and we'll set up a time to chat!

Pop-Up Weddings
Show up looking fabulous with your marriage license, and let us do the rest! We'll provide a Pinterest worthy ceremony set up, wedding couple florals, a photographer (for ceremony and photo session afterwards), an officiant, a wedding cake and a bubbly toast for you and up to 8 guests. Our package is hosted at an award winning venue located on beautiful Vancouver Island. Indoor and outdoor options will be made available depending on time of year and weather. Send us a note to inquire about themes and dates. This is an all inclusive 2 hour package. A la carte menu for additional treats and florals is available.

Rental and Vendor Management
We will place your orders, and arrange all deliveries, pick ups, and drop offs so you don't have to!
Event Set Up and Take Down Services (without Day of Coordination)
You're organized, you've got a plan, but just need someone to come in and put your plan into action. Let us help! We'll provide a lead Event Stylist and a team of assistants to come to your event and make everything beautiful, and we'll even come back and package it all up again for you! This package is billed at an hourly rate.
Consultation Time
Not sure if you want to hire a wedding planner? Maybe you and your friends want to tackle the day on your own but need someone to point you in the right direction. We can help you with that! Ask us for our prep sheet that has all kind of questions to help get you started and ready for our meeting. We will answer all your questions and share our super coveted list of amazing vendors with you.
