Have you ever been somewhere and thought "This place was made for me", or "These people are my people" ? For me, that place is Palm Springs. I fell in love with it last year when I travelled with some industry friends for the Altitude Summit. It was the most beautiful, fun, supportive, and creative place I've ever been. Oh and it smells like heaven, or at least what I think my heaven smells like. Everywhere you go the air is full of the smell of orange and lemon trees. This week we were supposed to be in Palm Springs again for Alt Summit 2021, but sadly Covid had other plans for us. We've been dreaming of the warmer weather, easy feeling vibes, bright dresses, vintage bike rides, and poolside cocktails with some of our closest friends. This pretty little beverage, courtesy of California Giant Berry Farms, has us not missing it quite so much. W H A T Y O U N E E D
4 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups of your favorite bubbly
One bottle of sparkling lemonade
W H A T Y O U G O T T A D O Combine strawberries and bubbly in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide strawberry mixture between four glasses. Top with sparkling lemonade! Garnish with fruit and fresh flowers and pretend your poolside in the warm sun with your closest friends. Love Tam xo
